How much data or battery is this using?

If you are using an iPhone, ensure health & fitness is turned on to help save your iPhone battery. Our GeoTrack app only uses 50MB (a very small amount) of data over a month of full use every day.

How do I add my employees?

You can add a new contact by going to employees’ section, select ‘add new employee’, add their details, ‘save’ and the employee will automatically be sent an invite email with further instructions.

Please note employees cannot share email addresses as a unique email will become their username.

How do I add my contractors?

You can add a new contractor administrator like you would a new employee by selecting ‘add new contractor’ in the ‘My Contractors’ section of the app or web-app, or alternatively can upload multiple at once using the importing function to import contractor details from a CSV file.

Contractors added will automatically be sent an invite email with further instructions and login credentials. This invitation is for the ‘contractor administrator’ who will in turn invite the rest of their staff.

Please note contractor administrators cannot share email addresses as a unique email will become their username.

Can others manage my account?

Yes, from the ‘My Account’ section of the app or web app, multiple account managers can be added. This will automatically invite them to log in and will give them full permissions to the account.
